The consultation and referral forms collect the contact and business details you enter, plus your message, so Ezbeidy can respond and discuss your request. Do not submit card numbers, banking details, identification documents, health information or unredacted merchant statements.
Formspree processes form submissions to deliver inquiries. Booking links open Calendly, where its own privacy practices and booking terms apply. The service providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
If you choose to pursue a product, we’ll discuss the appropriate provider and application process. This website’s inquiry form is not a merchant-account or funding application.
